No es lo que era
El enclave y todos los buenos recuerdos que nos evoca a mi mujer y a mí.
Habíamos solicitado una habitación en concreto y, tras confirmárnoslo por escrito una semanas antes, llegamos y nos dieron otra distitna. Las explicaciones fueron del todo menos correctas, quedándonos bastante decepcionados.

Personal desagradable
La ubicación es buena, estaba limpio y la cama cómoda.
El recibimiento fue pésimo. Al llegar no estaba el personal de recepción, (ni timbre, ni teléfono, ni un simple cartel de “vuelvo en 5 minutos, disculpen las molestias”). Tras unos minutos de espera pregunté en el bar si alguien me podía atender. La solución de la camarera fue ir desde la barra hasta la escalera llamando a su compañera a voces, tras unos 10 minutos más de espera y al ver que el “grito” no surtió efecto eligió la opción de “la llamada” (opción, que a mi parecer, debía ser la primera y única). Tras la “llamada” la recepcionista vino a atenderme (de mala gana) su saludo inicial fue: “Hola, ¿qué quieres?” No hubo ningún atisbo de “disculpa por la espera”, ni la mínima intención... Hola, ¿qué quieres?... me reservo lo que me hubiera gustado contestar. Ante todo tengo “algo” de educación. Sin más, hice el check-in, claro que de mala gana. Subo a la habitación y a mi sorpresa veo que las vistas que se describen en la web no concuerdan. Mis vistas: una carretera y tierra. Vistas en la web: montaña, pinar, verde, naturaleza... Bajo a preguntar, esta vez no estaba la recepcionista, me atiende otra persona, pregunto si sería posible optar por otra habitación con las vistas que describen en la web, respuesta rotunda “NO, las vistas son las que tiene” vuelvo a preguntar ¿Seguro?, respuesta: Las vistas son esas, estamos completos. Miro a mi alrededor y...¡No había ni un solo alma! 2 personas contadas... faltaba un trotamundos correteando por el restaurante... en fin... tras recibir una segunda vez un trato desagradable les dije “no sé qué pasa aquí, pero sois muy desagradables” y me subo indignada a mi habitación a contemplar las maravillosas vistas o por lo menos intentar entretenerme mirando los coches pasar... (si pasa alguno...) Hora de ir a la ducha, que mala pata! la ducha se cae... bueno no pasa nada, se puede apañar. Seguimos...no hay champú, bueno no pasa nada...hay gel. Vamos a lavarnos la cara y los dientes ¡Oh Vaya!
